Reviews and Ratings
Staying at this hotel was an overall pleasant experience. The rooms were spacious and well-appointed, although the bed was quite hard. The service was exceptional, with friendly and welcoming staff always ready to assist. The location was convenient for exploring nearby attractions, despite not being the most picturesque area in Sicily. The dining options varied from excellent homemade pastries to average pasta dishes. The facilities were well-maintained, providing a comfortable stay.
Wow, what a gem of a hotel! The rooms are spacious and offer a gorgeous view of the vineyards and countryside, although I have to admit that the bed was on the firm side, maybe the hardest hotel bed I've ever slept on. The toilet was a bit oddly positioned, too. The service during the late tourist season was top-notch, with incredibly friendly staff providing excellent room service, housekeeping, laundry, and a lovely welcome drink. The location is a perfect base for exploring southeastern Sicily, being just a short drive from stunning beaches like San Lorenzo and picturesque villages like Marzamemi. The old and charming building adds to the overall charm. Dining here was a true pleasure, with a delightful array of homemade pastries, pies, and a variety of local products, although some dishes were not as fantastic as the rest. Overall, a great value for what you get!
The hotel has a large terrace and offers basic but comfortable rooms. The service is exceptional with prepared Sicilian specialties and staff going the extra mile to ensure a memorable stay. The location is great for a beach holiday despite not being the most beautiful part of Sicily. The dining experience varies from superb to needing improvement. The facilities are adequate.
I had a pleasant stay at the hotel, with friendly service and delicious dining options. The rooms could use some renovation, especially the toilets, but the location is convenient for exploring beautiful nearby attractions.
The hotel is in a perfect location for exploring southeastern Sicily, being very close to Marzamemi, Noto, and beautiful beaches. The rooms are beautifully renovated and comfortable, although with a minor issue of a severed wire. The service is exceptional, with pleasant and helpful staff who go the extra mile. The dining experience is superb with a variety of choices. The facilities are top-notch, offering a delightful stay overall.
The hotel is a gem in the heart of southeastern Sicily, offering a beautiful setting and exceptional service. The rooms are a unique blend of charm and modern comfort, but the dining experience falls short of expectations. The location serves as a perfect base for exploring the surrounding areas, with easy access to stunning beaches and historical sites.
The hotel had spacious rooms, but some renovation work is needed, especially in the toilets. The bed was incredibly hard, though the large terrace offered a nice view as depicted in our confirmation. The service was exceptionally kind, with staff going above and beyond to assist us. The location was not the most beautiful in Sicily, but it was convenient for visiting attractions like the San Lorenzo beach and Marzamemi. The dining experience varied, with some dishes being impressive while others lacked quality. Overall, the facilities were good, but some areas could be improved.
The hotel gave me mixed feelings. The rooms were spacious and excellent, adorned with old wine barrels, but the bed was uncomfortably hard. The view of the vineyards and countryside from the room was gorgeous, even though the room overlooked the parking area. The service was exceptional, with staff preparing delicious Sicilian specialties and always going the extra mile to make my stay memorable. The location was perfect for exploring nearby attractions like Marzamemi and Noto, being just a short drive from the beautiful San Lorenzo beach. However, the dining experience was a mix of impressive homemade pastries and disappointing pasta dishes. The facilities were good overall, but improvements could be made to enhance the dining options. The price offered good value for money, considering the amenities provided.
I had a wonderful stay at the hotel with its stunning view of the vineyards and countryside from the large terrace. The rooms were not only beautiful and comfortable but also provided a basic yet cozy environment to rest in. The service, especially with the delightful Sicilian specialties prepared, made my stay even more memorable. The location served as a perfect base to explore the southeastern wonders of Sicily, although not the most picturesque part. The dining experience was a delight with a variety of local products, while the facilities added to the overall comfort and convenience of the stay.
